Once your booking is confirmed, our team arrives ahead of your event to set up a dedicated espresso service on-site — equipment, ingredients, and everything needed to serve. Guests are served drinks to order for the full duration you've booked, and our team handles breakdown at the end, so there's nothing for you to manage during the event itself.
Do guests pay for drinks at the event?
No — Hearthside Brew operates on an all-inclusive package model. The entire coffee experience is covered upfront as part of your event package, so guests simply walk up and order. It's a seamless, hospitality-first experience with no transactions on site.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Bottled lattes require at least 2 days advance notice. For full event catering, we recommend reserving your date as early as possible — especially during peak wedding and event seasons.
What's your service area?
We serve Orange County, California and the surrounding areas. Delivery cost for bottled lattes is calculated by distance during checkout.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — every event comes with a detailed contract outlining all specifics upfront for complete transparency. It covers your event date, duration, location, services included, any add-ons, and cancellation terms, so you know exactly what to expect before your event.
How many people can Hearthside Brew serve at an event?
We comfortably serve 40–50 guests per hour. Let us know your expected guest count and event duration when you request a quote, and we'll staff accordingly.
How long does setup take for the mobile coffee cart?
Setup typically takes 60–75 minutes before service begins, so our team arrives with plenty of time to be fully ready by your event's start time.
What does Hearthside Brew bring to the event?
Our mobile coffee cart setup includes a La Marzocco espresso machine, grinder, locally roasted single-origin beans, all house-made syrups, whole milk, oat milk, cups, lids, sleeves, napkins, and all necessary equipment. You provide the venue and the guests — we handle everything else, from setup to breakdown.
What's your payment and cancellation policy?
Event bookings are prepaid to hold your date. Bottled latte orders are non-refundable once placed, with no cancellation option.
Can I pick up my bottled latte order instead of having it delivered?
Yes — pickup is available at no charge as an option on the bottled lattes order form.
